I was here for 3 nights and ate at in-house restaurant with bar serving decent food and drinks. Had all necessary amenities, a private safe, an iron and an electronic key card.

we loved the proximity to the beach is a block away across the street. super comfortable beds with lots of pillows and beautiful decoration. attention from laurence who attended us the first day was spectacular and almost everyone in the hotel speaks spanish. happy hour from 7 to 8 pm is ideal for after a day at the beach one can relax. pool, although small, is very enjoyable because it was not crowded and we could use the umbrellas and lounge chairs as we wanted. best of all is the terrace and its views as the food of the restaurant the tavern that is part of the hotel. only missing a mini coffee maker in the room of courtesy that we have seen in other hotels and prices of the wines of the restaurant were very high... the hotel itself is beautiful and all very nice! no doubt we will return!

In general an acceptable hotel to sleep in, comfortable bed, I would have no problem to stay again if I travel alone or in couple with a low price, but for the current price there are better alternatives in Miami Beach.
It's a non-family hotel, especially if you're traveling with a baby. It was a real odyssey to be able to warm my baby's milk in the mornings having to ask for favors, one of the days I was told that because of "liability issues" they couldn't do it (!??). Total deal breaker. Noisy guests in the hallways. Elevator can be heard from the room every time it stops at your floor. Although the hotel is clean, my room was horribly dirty when I arrived. My bathroom had three long hairs running down the sink. I walked around the room with socks, which were also left with long hairs. I complained the next day, and received a little "revenge" from the cleaning staff, marking me consumption of the frigobar that I did not have. Although I knew about the existence of the "resort fee" and have no problem paying it, the service received was horrendous. The beach staff literally scolded me for coming down to the beach too late, very rude. Another day I wanted a sunshade to stay on the beach for 30 minutes and had to pay 20 dollars. In short, you pay a resort fee for a towel and a lounge chair that you can use until 4:30 p.m. because that's when they start to pick up everything and close at 5 a.m.

The parking fees weren't explained ahead of time. Quite pricey Also no fan in the very tiny bathroom.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was a hit with the kids. It had a nice atmosphere even if it was a bit small. The friendly staff stood out, especially during our medical emergency. The restaurant, though pricey, was excellent and we ate there almost every night!

Not a bad location, near the beach with sun beds. Food in the restaurant is not very expensive (if you compare it with other institutions in Miami) and large portions (for breakfast you can safely take one dish for two), comfortable bed, not a bad room. From 19.00 to 20.00 spend Happy Hour Free Alcohol (range is limited).
The sink was clogged, cleaned only after the 3rd request. Service in the restaurant is temple: the girl-waiter (if I'm not mistaken, Masha) with a disgruntled face walks, the order will lose and you have to wait until you remind about yourself again, the fries will get a skeleton of fish (it's certainly too much). There is no soundproofing: at night you wake up from the slamming doors of the neighbouring rooms. If you want perfect service and cleanliness, you either have to go to another country, or pay for the hotel 2-3 times more.

I liked it at the hotel, although reading the reviews expected something bad. entire staff at the hotel is friendly and everyone responded immediately to my requests. very polite and pleasant young man at Franklin reception. location in my opinion is very good, given the fact that I love to walk, it is not difficult to walk a couple of kilometers to the busiest streets. As for the beach, it's two minutes from the hotel. On the beach, you can bring a chair for relaxation and towels are also provided for the reception. Lying on the beach costs 25 bucks. I rented a bed, a little to the right on the beach line from another hotel, where I liked the style and menu of the bar and food, price for the bed is the same everywhere along the coast... On food, I liked the restaurant at the Tavern Hotel very much. Everything I ordered was very tasty and meals were just huge. One dish is enough. Everything, because apparently the place is popular and many people come from the street. for breakfast I still preferred to go to the starbucks, is a 7-minute walk, because the coffee is definitely better there, given that I do not need a large portion of breakfast, it was 3 times cheaper). About parking, that is, right near the steps of the hotel, night to leave the car will cost 45 bucks. across the street, closer to the beach, there is a beautiful city parking, where you pay through a vending machine (from 3-9 am free hours) and you can safely and cheaply leave the car. What, by the way, was told and shown to me by a girl from reception who I asked for my help and she kindly explained everything to me in detail... I have never used the swimming pool on the ground floor, somehow I was more interested in going to the beach. I went up to the roof once. There was a very nice roof, comfortable sun loungers and good soft music... Cleaning up the rooms. towels were changed every day, garbage was taken out, bed was made. about the floor cleaning, of course... in nine days... I think they cleaned up a little sand once... air conditioning.
